Gražina Bogdanskienė – Director of The Fertility Center, Obstetrician-Gynecologist

 

Dr. Gražina Bogdanskienė graduated from Kaunas Medical Academy with distinction in 1981. She trained in the University Clinics of Great Britain and Denmark, attended multiple training courses and programs in Great Britain, Scotland, France, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Austria and multiple other countries. Dr. Gražina Bogdanskiene is one of the several gynecologists in the Baltic states actively involved in international meetings on infertility. She is also the longest active member of European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) in the Baltic states, being active since 1993, for nearly 27 years.

In over 25 years, Dr. Gražina Bogdanskienė participated in multiple international conferences and conventions, where she gave over a hundred presentations about fertility treatment and infertility diagnostics. From 1993 to 2013, for 20 years, Gražina Bogdanskienė was a chairwoman of infertility section of Lithuanian Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Her research interests include several topics, such as infertility causes and treatment, Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), and ectopic pregnancy, its causes, risk factors and diagnostics. Over the years, she has completed various traineeships and training courses in multiple renowned hospitals in Europe.

1993 - The Royal London Hospital and London Bridge Hospital;

1997 - Lubeck University Hospital, now known as University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH);

1998 - Helsinki University Hospital.

Rimantas Gricius – Obstetrician-Gynecologist

 

Dr. Rimantas Gricius graduated from Kaunas Medical Academy in 1994. He completed the Primary Care Residency Klaipeda city hospital from the year 1994 to the year 1995. Afterwards, from the year 1996 to the year 2000 he completed a specialty residency at the Vilnius University Faculty of Medicine, Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Since the year 2000 he has worked in Vilnius City Clinical Hospital, Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Since the year 2005 he is a part of our team as obstetrician-gynecologist in Grazinos Bogdanskienes Fertility Center.

His research interests include gynecological endocrinology, infertility, contraception and menopause. Dr. Rimantas Gricius, along with our other members, regularly participates in international fertility conferences and conventions in Germany, Finland, Denmark and other countries.

He is a member of several fertility associations, such as Lithuanian Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and European Society of Contraception and Reproductive Health.

 

Ronaldas Rogalskis –  Obstetrician-Gynecologist

 

Dr. Ronaldas Rogalskis studied in Kaunas Institute of Medicine from the year 1981 to the year 1987, where he graduated with a Medical Doctor degree, and completed his obstetrics and gynecology internship in Švento Jokūbo Hospital in Vilnius. Afterwards, he earned his experience in various clinics and hospitals around the country, and joined our Fertility Center as an obstetrician-gynecologist.

His notable job history includes:

1988-1989 - Vilnius Šeškinė Clinic, obstetrician – gynecologist;

1989-2003 - Vilnius Šv. Jokūbo Hospital, obstetrician – gynecologist;

1996-2012 - SK IMPEKS Medical Diagnostic and Treatment Center, obstetrician – gynecologist;

1998-2003 - Gražina Bogdanskienė Fertility Center, obstetrician – gynecologist;

2003-2012 - Trakai Hospital, obstetrician – gynecologist;

2003-2012 - Ronaldas Rogalskis Center of Modern Gynecology, obstetrician – gynecologist and company director;

2013 - traineeship at IVF Zentren Prof. Zech in Austria;

2014-2017 - Center of Medical Biotechnology, obstetrician – gynecologist;

2017 - MB Ronaldas Rogalskis Clinic, obstetrician – gynecologist and company director.

2017 - Gražina Bogdanskienė Fertility Center, obstetrician – gynecologist.

Algimantas Sruogis – Andrologist-Urologist

 

Urologist Algimantas Sruogis graduated from Kaunas Medical Academy in 1988. He completed his surgery internship in 1989, followed by urology residency in 1991. In 1996 he became a qualified oncologist-surgeon, and completed multiple traineeships in various countries around the world, such as UK, USA and Poland.

Urologist Algimantas Sruogis regularly participates in international fertility conferences, scientific and teaching programs. His main scientific research paper topics include early prostate cancer diagnostics, surgical treatment methods, male fertility issues and in vitro fertilization, while his main research interests are andrology and in vitro fertilization.

 

Algimantas Sruogis is a member of several medical associations and societies:

Lithuanian Urologist Society (LUD) - member, former council member;

Junior Urologist Section of LUD - leader;

European Association of Urology - member;

Lithuanian Society of Oncology (LOD) - member.
